Created for the busy, this session is designed to maximise your workout. Session is 30 minutes long.
Corporate workout
Staff and associates have the opportunity to train together. Fees depend on duration, frequency of sessions and the location of your company. Online sessions also available. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
Workout for group
Exercising in a group will add support and accountability to your workouts. Session is an hour long.
Workout for the little one
Teaching fun and engaging workouts to children will enable them to build strong bones and muscles while enjoying themselves. Session is 50 minutes long.

Community workouts
I offer my services to charities, vulnerable groups, not-for-profit organisations and sports clubs at heavily discounted rates or accept donations. Please contact me if you would like more information.
Please note: Bookings will be valid when payment has been made. Payment needs to be received at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations will incur fees. No refund if session is cancelled within 24 hours.
