Join us to explore yoga, get into poses with correct alignment and connect to our bodies with an emphasis on the breath. Suitable for complete beginners. Location: (cold weather) We meet at Loutraki's old school, now the cultural club's room, opposite the village's church. As you enter Loutraki and you see the sign, you turn right and the entrance is on your right hand side. There's also a basketball court opposite. You can park the car inside the school's yard. (hot weather) We meet at Pardalakis studios in Gerani, on the main road. Parking available.
