Service Description

Η Vinyasa Yoga συνδέει την αναπνοή με την κίνηση, που τείνει να έχει ένα γρηγορότερο ρυθμό. Οι συμμετέχοντες παραμένουν σε συνεχή ροή κινήσεων. Η τάξη είναι κατάλληλη για όλα τα επίπεδα. Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting the breath to the movement, which tend to be set at a faster pace. Participants stay in a constant flow of movements. Class is suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the class. If there is an emergency within 24 hours of the start time of the class, please contact us. If you contact us to cancel without good reason or don't show up 3 times, you will be charged €10 for a single class and will not be able to book again unless you pay that fee.
