My Story

Activate Your Inner Peace

I am so glad you have come to this page and I must say, I find it difficult to write about myself. However, it's exciting to share my journey and what led me to become a wellness ambassador.

 

I have been an educator for over two decades, with experience both in primary and secondary. Until recently, I was working in the special educational needs field within a mainstream environment. I am on a mission to bring a healthy lifestyle to our young people and to anyone that is vulnerable, of deprived background or has additional needs. I am a mum to two girls, aged 3 and 13 and I live in Crete with my family.

I lived in London for 9 years and we recently relocated to Chania, as I am originally from Greece.

I have extensive training and experience in physical education, mental health and behaviour. I have been a professional athlete with many achievements in my career. Due to being a high performance athlete, I have endured injuries and I have undergone some operations. In the last years,  I have embedded yoga and its philosophy in my life trying to find calmness and heal and protect my body and mind. 

I am a qualified sports and physical education professional and I have over 20 years experience

in conditioning and strengthening.

I have qualified in children's yoga with Triyoga and in power vinyasa and Mandala yoga with The House of Yoga.
