I tried Katerina's classes during lockdown. She helped me clear out my thoughts as previously I was consumed by them and my body finally got the opportunity to relax and at the same time get toned as I had rejected it for a long time. I have started taking more seriously my mental health, nutrition and the time to exercise. Over time I became more flexible, I have gained more energy and I was looking forward for our 1: 1 as she was always cheering me up. Katerina, I miss you but thank God we now have Zoom sessions.
Katerina is an excellent instructor who took the time to show correct form for low plank/chaturanga. Great for beginners or more experienced yogis to revise. Her online presence is superb.
