Service Description

Η Hatha yoga εκτελείται με αργότερο ρυθμό, με έμφαση στην αναπνοή, ελεγχόμενες κινήσεις και διατάσεις. Η τάξη είναι κατάλληλη για όλα τα επίπεδα. Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching. Class is suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the class. If there is an emergency within 24 hours of the start time of the class, please contact us. If you contact us to cancel without good reason or don't show up 3 times, you will be charged €10 for a single class and will not be able to book again unless you pay that fee.
