Η τάξη Stretch & Flow έχει σχεδιαστεί για να σας βοηθήσει να βελτιώσετε την ευλυγισία σας, να μειώσετε το άγχος και να αυξήσετε τη γενική αίσθηση ευεξίας σας. Με το επίκεντρο στις ήπιες κινήσεις και στην ελεγχόμενη αναπνοή, οι δασκάλες μας θα σας καθοδηγήσουν σε μια σειρά από στάσεις που θα σας κάνουν να νιώσετε αναζωογόνηση. Η τάξη είναι κατάλληλη για όλα τα επίπεδα. Our Stretch & Flow class is designed to help you improve flexibility, reduce stress, and increase your overall sense of wellbeing. With a focus on gentle movements and controlled breathing, our teachers will guide you through a series of poses that will leave you feeling revitalized. All levels are welcome to join us for this class.

Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the class. If there is an emergency within 24 hours of the start time of the class, please contact us. If you contact us to cancel without good reason or don't show up 3 times, you will be charged €10 for a single class and will not be able to book again unless you pay that fee.
